Job Title: Operations Research Analyst (F/T)

The duties include:

• Identify, define and draft business problems in terms of business requirements and other documents as required (charts, work flow tables, specifications);
• Uses various simulation methods (example, Prototyping, designing etc.) to identify the risk up-front and minimize the risks on the overall business solutions;
• Performs Stakeholder & SWOT analysis and demonstrate how an organization can build on its strengths and take advantage of its opportunities, while minimizing its weaknesses and avoiding threats in relation to the four main areas (namely time, finance, operations and human resource management);
• Analyze the information collected using data modeling, business rule analysis and prepare comprehensive reports based on the analyzed information to fulfill business needs;
• Presents research and recommendations of systems or business process changes to management or stakeholders.

Master’s Degree in Computer Science and 3 years of exp. in systems analysis or a Bachelor’s Degree in any field and 5 years of progressive post-bachelor exp. in systems analysis is req'd. Must be proficient in database reporting tools, SQL, development environment software, & object oriented programming.
